These are heat treated Novaculite slabs and  are 5/16 to 3/8" thick

These small flate rate boxes are 3+ lbs of mahogany obsidian spalls and flakes

function and durability and I think we accomplished both

I know alot of folks don't have the big saws and kilns to process this material but they do have trim or tile saws

This corner notch is made of heat treated Edward's Plateau chert
