There is little room in these cars for sunglasses

The pad is glued to the squab frame and then needs to be trimmed to follow the outer edge of the frame

As can be seen here the fluted areas are heavily padded to give a distinctive look. Generally the paddings underneath are reusable even if they are 50 years old!
