It was bound by Trow's Printing and Bookbinding New York. Translated by the Rev. Henry Francis Cary. xxiv, 183 pp. Illustrated with the designs of M. Gustave Dore. Cary's preface is dated 1814 which gives an idea of the date of the text. There is a hand written note on on of the first inner pages with a pencil signature and the date 1887. The outer binding is
