Its a bit of a dying art in the world of industrial tanning. I wanted these to be unique and Im calling them fan tails. They're on the short side but thuddy. They feel a bit like if a flogger and a paddle had a baby, but without the intense sting of a paddle. They have a traditional leather braided handle that attaches to the tails with a metal swivel. The tails are wide
