DOLOMITE VINYL HEADREST COVER Mini Pickup Unlike the MKI Saloons theThis is a replacement Triumph Dolomite headrest cover, however both GT6 & Spitfires of the period used the same style of headrest. The bottom of your headrest has a plastic plate which can be unscrewed which will then show staples which hold the cover in place. Remove the cover. Turn your new cover inside out and slowly slide it over the foam turning it the right way. Check before stapling that the foam fills the cover completely old age of the foam
