On the palate, it is dry, precise, and structured, showing flavors of citrus peel, green apple, and subtle floral notes, supported by taut acidity and a mineral backbone. As it evolves, delicate undertones of beeswax, wet stone, and gentle spice emerge, adding depth and complexity.
