Our plums are grown at an elevation of 800 meters (2600 feet), surrounded by pines. This creates a microclimate, as the oils in the air from the neighboring flora softly influence the flavor of the distillate. Our producers are well known as leaders in their field, from a lineage of distillers that spans over a
