Crushed Velvet Tall Hat - Wine / Gold Black feathered Custom colors availableThis early Elizabethan noble's hat is built with a plastic crown and laminated cardboard. The brim is 2" wide and the crown is 5" tall. Trims will vary but will always be pretty! Some hats will have a some rooster feathers or some ostrich fluff but mostly they are plain, ready for added plumage. Custom hats are possible. Feather Pins sold separately in accessories as single feather and long fancy feather pins.
