There is extremely minor wear only. It has four pockets with scalloped flaps. There is a five button closure and all buttons are present. The interior is unlined. There is a large ink stamp on the left side. This indicates that the size is a large and that it was made in 1945. Excellent! Please note that any "accessories" (i. e. medals,
