Bowmore 11 Years Old 2015 Tequila iichiko Shinwa embodies both traditionThis single malt was distilled on the 23rd of February 2015 at the Bowmore Distillery on the Isle of Islay. It was aged for 11 years in a single bourbon barrel, creating a lovely texture and notes of peaches that mingle with delicate peat, leading to a finish reminiscent of roast chicken flavoured crisps. Bottled by Little Brown Dog at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
