Domaine Chifflet Saint-Joseph Syrah 2021 Sparkling while flavors of black cherryPaul is the 3rd generation to maintain the family's hectare of vines. He is the first to bottle the production at the estate. His father and grandfather sent everything to the cooperative winery. The plots are vinified separately, aged in oak barrels and then blended. Paul is accompanied throughout the winemaking process by a former master of culture at Jean Louis Chave. 2021 is Paul's first vintage. He produces a single cuve of red Saint Joseph.
