19th-century French Louis-Philippe Marble-top Commode Decorative Objects Cobelle became a UAntique French commode in hand veneered, book matched walnut, with a mirrored, flame like pattern across drawer fronts and chamfered front edges. The Rouge Royal marble top has rounded front corners with rose and cream veining. The case consists of four graduated drawers, each with delicate keyhole escuthcheons and hand cut dovetail joinery all resting on a solid plinth base hallmarks of the Louis Philippe period, circa 1840 1860.
