Pulling fruit solely from the darker fruit driven blocks of our vineyard, BLEND 13 focuses on purity of fresh blackberry, dark cherry & black licorice that overwhelm the glass. Weve found success utilizing a specific yeast strain during ferment on these blocks to enhance these darker fruit flavors.
