Domaine de Montille Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Le Cailleret 2020 Lucaris this Rosé d’assemblage blends old‑vineThe 2020 Puligny Montrachet Caillerets 1er Cru has a mineral driven bouquet that sports a subtle reduction, hints of dried pineapple, fern and orange pith. The palate is medium bodied with a fine bead of acidity, orange zest and tangerine with a slightly peachy finish that finally does demonstrate the tension I was seeking. Very classy.
