The fabric that she chose to use for this dress is a crisp polished cotton that is covered with a bright and vivid floral design. I love the little purple velvet ribbons that highlight the waist and edges. That same velvet is used to adorn each sleeves just above two bands of a pretty cotton cut out lace.
