Mt Walsh Near Biggendan Torquay Main Beach Framed Seascape Painting Initially it was to start"Mt Walsh near Biggendan" 20" x 28" Oil on Canvas An hour north west of Maryborough is the Mt Walsh mountain range and national park. The rocky cliff faces loom up from the surrounding fields and as the day headed to dusk the late afternoon sun turned the rocks into a golden orange. It was worth the drive out. The location reminded me of the Grampians in Victoria. I was relieved to find such a great subject. This is the country I love to paint
