these casks are used to age an exclusive type of white wine utilizing a fully natural process that creates a unique hue of orange in the finished wine

We taste them diligently to ensure the finish is heavily present throughout the nose

they are milled and mashed with limestone-rich water drawn from the Kentucky River before being fermented and twice distilled

The result is remarkably unique tequila finished whiskey with notes of agave and vanilla on the nose and honey, peppercorn and orange citrus to taste. Pairing tequila and whiskey is always a risky move, but this was a risk worth the reward.
