Mill Hoist Floor Colour:White Asahi closed in 1983A timber staircase rises against a granite and locally made brick wall inside the four storey Jembaicumbene Steam Flour Mills, thick ropes hanging from a timber hoist frame in the foreground. The mill was built in 1859 by Charles Dransfield using stone quarried from the farm and beams cut from the Budawang Ranges, with engineering by P. N. Russell and Co. of Sydney. Part of the Mill Pond Farm series.
