While Grande Champagne gives a powerful structure and mineral content, Petite Champagne brings vigour, Borderies a sweet floral note and Fins Bois an abundance of orchard fruits. The minimum age in the blend is three years, with the first six months spent in new barrels to allow the wood to express all its flavor. The Limousin oak chosen for
