経糸にウール、緯糸にリネンを配した生地を使用。生地全体にワッシャーを強くかけることにより、ナチュラルな風合いに仕上げた。

GRAYに使用している鉄パーツには黒ラッカー塗装をし、ワッシャー加工することで、経年変化で塗装が剥がれたような表情に仕上げた。
