Michel Bouzereau Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Le Cailleret Vintage:2023 Offering up aromas of crisp2023 Vinous 94 96: The 2023 Puligny Montrachet Caillerets 1er Cru has perhaps the most compelling bouquet amongst Bouzereau's whites: it is superbly defined and detailed, with crushed stone filtering through citrus fruit and just the faintest touch of reduction at play. The palate is wonderful and the acidity is razor sharp. This is a little more malic than the Meursaults, tensile with an unmistakable energy on the finish. Superb. Drink: 2026 2048.
