Black wax is my favourite of waxes it gives a very industrial and strong look to painted furniture

fastened with a lobster clasp and extension chain

I painted a piece in Chateau Grey and then dry brushed Scandinavian pink over the top and it got lots of wow comments

It looks great on it's own and also as a base colour when doing a two colour technique and my favourite is when it has been used as a base with gold leaf and dark wax (a sample of which I have done in the shop). 1 litre covers approximately 13 m (140 ft. )
