I ordered the size 4, regular length dress and the waist landed at a slightly awkward spot on my waist, so I had to get it altered to sit about an inch higher (pictured here after the alterations)

I did not put it in the dryer because I was scared of damaging it, however, it might have been ok on a delicate setting
