Tobacco Control and Prevention Program The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Tobacco Control and Prevention Program (TCPP) works to increase access to smoking cessation or quitting smoking services, reduce youth access to tobacco products and reduce exposure to secondhand smoke across LA County.
