Balgera - Grumello Valtellina Superiore Riserva 2001 (750ml) Plavac Mali very concentrated wine with elegantThis wine comes from the largest area of the four Superiore wines in Valtellina, i. e. from the Teglio terracings. It is characterized by a ruby red colour, a strawberry raspberry bouquet and a dry, harmonious slightly tannic flavour. It is excellent for ageing and has to be refined in casks for at least three years. It is good with all types of meat, poultry and hard cheese and is excellent with pizzoccheri, a traditional dish of this region.
