If your VAPE MAX refill is new but isnt producing any vapour when you put it into a VAPE MAX battery there are a few things you can do: 1) Make sure the VAPE MAX battery is charged 2) Give the connectors in the MAX battery (the gold discs inside) a good clean to get off any dust or dirt blocking the connection 3) Make sure that nothing is blocking or stopping the connectors in the battery from touching the VAPE MAX refill 4) Give the connectors on the MAX refill (the gold disks on the bottom) a good clean and make sure they are securely in place 5) Try the MAX refill on another MAX battery
