It is the product of a maturation and small batch filtration process new to the world of mezcal. The liquid is matured for approximately 6 months in charred American oak barrels and filtered through activated charcoal. The result is a crystal clear liquid with an elegant blend of aromas and flavors that are refined yet full of mezcal's signature character.
