On researching to the documents, it would appear that Bichinger was born in 1906 and became a musician. He was Volksdeutsche, indicated by his Republic of Czechoslovakia issued passport in 1929. Documents include a 28th September 1943 letter from his Commanding Obersturmfuhrer, a field promotion from Unterscharfuhrer to Rottenfuhrer SS
