On our estate, we find that we have soils that are optimal for growing a spicy, fruit forward Cabernet. This vintage boasts aromas of Maraschino cherries, nutmeg, cocoa powder, and a hint of smoke, wrapped in well structured tannins with a smooth velvet finish.
