On the palate the brandy combines the fine, delicate aromas of Trebbiano and complex toasty notes from oak maturation; overall, it is smooth, mouth filling and elegant. A fine 10 year old, single vintage brandy distilled from wine made from Trebbiano di Soave. Low in alcohol and tannins and high acidity, renders this variety ideal for production of a wine brandy.
