Terra Costantino De Aetna Etna Bianco 2022 (750ml) Provance Dark purple/light black and crimsonA blend dominated by Carricante 80%, one of the islands indigenous grapes. Generally, Carricante 15% brings a balance of minerality, assertive citrus acidity, and white flower aromatics to play rounded out by 5% of Minnella. Fruit comes from the Terra Costantino estates carefully tended Certified Organic vineyard on the southeast slope of Mount Etna. Grapes are harvested by hand, and wine ages for several months in stainless steel before bottling.
