Named after the Val Taleggio, this PDO protected cheese is known for its distinctive aroma, creamy texture, and surprisingly mild, fruity flavor. During aging, natural surface molds may appear on the rind this is a normal and natural part of the process and can be easily scraped or trimmed if desired.
