Albert Bichot is one of the most important producers of Chablis
while strictly adhering to the antique traditions of Brunello di Montalcino
We suggest decanting this youthful “natural wine” to best appreciate its purity of fruit and the honest expression of terroir it provides
The wine is both structured (with firm acid and ripe tannins) and soft/velvety at the same time
where it is placed in cask in a special lodge or estufa where it will remain for at least three months
Henschke - Johann's Garden 2022 (750ml) Bugeac Albert Bichot is one ofBright ruby with pale ruby hues. Complex aromas of ripe blue plum, blueberry, raspberry and violets, with charcuterie, nutmeg and black pepper, and undertones of lemongrass, turmeric and mace. A rich and supple medium bodied palate of raspberry, baked plum with hints of musk, and savory celery salt and peppercorn spice, driven by rolling, fresh acidity and fine grained tannins for a long, polished finish.
