Howea (Kentia) forsteriana Height:55 Tradescantia ‘Brightness’Endemic to the humid and subtropical Lord Howe Island in Australia, Howea forsteriana is a fairly slow growing palm. In the wild it can reach heights of 10 metres tall and 6 metres wide, developing a slim woody stem with its fronds growing only at the top. The genus Howea, which only consists of two species both endemic to the island, is named after the island itself. The common name, Kentia, is named after the capital of the island. WATERING In S S
