Merlot was a key variety in George Skouras alphabet and of course he had to produce something great with it for the wine enthusiasts. The vineyards of Merlot are located in the mountainous Corinth at an altitude of 350m. They were planted in 1989 and in recent years we have harvested the best crops. Portes Merlot matures by 30% in second hand French barrels for 8 months. After bottling, it ages in the cellar of
