E46 Rear Coilover Reinforcement Plates F11 5 Thread Pitch Studs***The E46 had rear cast aluminum arms which will not hold up to the load focused on the center with a coilover setup. Why is this? It was designed for a spring which would sit on a larger area (spreading the load over the arm). Coilover springs are not only smaller in diameter but are also usually stiffer. This means that the load will be focused in a much smaller surface and WILL brake the cast aluminum arms. Protect your self and your E46!
