Cranium Hoopla Hand management Illustrated RulesCranium Hoopla is a fast paced cooperative party game where everyone works together against the clock. With 300 cards covering commonly known people, places, and objects, its the kind of game that gets loud, silly, and surprisingly tense all within 20 minutes.
