I am pretty sure it is sterling silver but I do not see a hallmark or makers mark on it

It is made of clear glass with a child with a butterfly net catching butterflies. It measures 4 3 4 inches in diameter and 1 1 2 inches in height. It is in great condition for its age. I do not see any signatures but it reminds me of Henrich Hoffmann or Bacarat glass.
