Dusty, earthy and mature, this is a super wine with roast pork. Producer Le Logis de la Bouchardire dates from 1850. The current incumbent is Bruno Sourdais who represents the 6th generation on the property. Bruno joined his late father, Serge, in 1990, taking full control from the 2008 vintage. Three quarters of the domaine's 55 hectares
