Walkway computer built in 1921A metal walkway crosses the excavated floor of Hornsby Quarry, its structure showing the effects of years without maintenance. The quarry operated from around 1905 until 2002, extracting dolerite from a Jurassic volcanic neck up to 120 metres deep. Part of the Hornsby Quarry series.
