Glinka - Six Etudes for Trombone and Piano four trombones The first movement depicts theSix Etudes for Trombone and Piano by Mikhail Glinka have been beautifully edited by Ralph Sauer originally composed for voice and piano. They are reminiscent of Bordogni and Rossini. Glinka travelled to Italy in the 1830's and it is likely that these lovely works are a product of his inspiration. The Etudes are suitable for advanced performers and total about 20 minutes in length. They would make wonderful additions to a recital. Free PDF Sample
