Eocene Green River Multiple Insects IF-PCM-16-047 Fossil Stingray The ammonite is 8Liometopum pingue with Chilosia sp (Scudder) Green River Formation Parachute Creek Member Middle Eocene Uintah County, Utah This is a nice assemblage of fossil insects from the Parachute Creek Member. The fossil ant Liometopum and fossil fly Chilosia are in the center of the specimen. There are also two Dicranomyia primitiva on the slab. The upper part of the Green River Formation in the eastern Uinta Basin is present in two stratigraphic intervals
