Powerful, smoke and spice tinged cherry and blueberry compote aromas show superb clarity, and exotic incense and potpourri nuances emerge as the wine opens up. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering concentrated yet lively red blue fruit, spice cake and floral pastille flavors that slowly turn sweeter through the back half. Shows superb energy on the wonderfully long, finely etched finish, which is framed by steadily building,
