Dorito Taco Salad Recipe Ingredients 1 pound lean ground beef 1 packet taco seasoning cup water 1 small iceberg lettuce washed and chopped 1 bunch Romaine lettuce (Optional washed and chopped) 2 cups Doritos broken up into smaller pieces, not crushed 1 cup grape tomatoes rinsed and halved 1 English cucumber rinsed and sliced into half moons 1 small red onion sliced cup black olive slices 1 cup Shredded Mexican cheese Catalina dressing to taste Instructions Cook ground beef in large skillet on medium heat until no longer pink, breaking up with spatula as it cooks Drain grease, stir in water and taco seasoning, bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook until water is absorbed, about 15 minutes
